This program is where I will work with you one on one, and have an entire program tailored towards your genetics and goals.
I take in consideration your scheduling, body type, and preferences.
This is all customized for you and I take you on as my client.
You get to work with me ONE ON ONE.
I will send you a direct message through Instagram once you email me.
We work together weekly.
Once a week, you will send me an update with your daily weight log, photos, and an overall update on how everything is going.
You then will hear from me on updating such as lowering carbs / increasing cardio, etc!
The diet plan will be based on foods you enjoy, and a workout plan specially for your body.
I will take into account any injuries you may have, muscle pains, etc., to develop the most safe and reliable weights regimen for you.
